Kaitlyn Harris graduated from The Master’s Academy in 2008 and is being honored for her outstanding athletic achievement in Volleyball.

During High School Kaitlyn was,

  • Named team MVP 3 years and was also a Captain on her team.
  • She was named All-District 3 years and was a 2A District Player of the Year
  • Kaitlyn was awarded the Orlando Sentinel Athlete of the Week
  • She was the Seminole Chronicle Student Athlete of the Month and the Orlando Sentinel All-County Player
  • Kaitlyn was the 2007-2008 TMA Female Athlete of the Year
  • She finished her high school career as the only member of the 750 club. (must have 750 kills, 750, digs, 250 aces) Katie's career  totals were 883 kills, 891 digs, and 307 aces.
  • After graduation from The Master’s Academy, Katie received a volleyball scholarship to Palm Beach Atlantic University. She  transferred her sophomore year to NCAA DIV II North Greenville University where she lead her team in digs and aces and was  named NCCAA all-region. Katie tore her ACL and meniscus her junior year, but just completed her senior year. 

During Kaitlyn’s volleyball career,

  • She was a, Captain at NGU
  • She became the career leader in digs at North Greenville University and was named to the Conference Carolina All-Academic Team.
  • She finished in the top 25 nationally among NCCAA schools in digs per game.
  • After graduating from North Greenville University with a major in Sports Administration, Kaitlyn plans to work with a professional  sports organization, coach volleyball, and do personal fitness training.
