8th Girls Basketball News

This season’s record didn’t show how close at times each game truly was. Every rebound was a battle and every basket was hard earned. Even though the 8th grade team (which consisted of 8th graders, 7th graders and even a 6th grader) finished with a 4 win and 9 loss record they played some games against JV teams which consisted of high school players. The girls played together well as a team and showed promise for the years ahead.

Last night, the 8th grade girls basketball team was defeated by Forest Lake Academy 10-28. Mackenzie Kirby led the team in scoring with 4 points. TMA finished their season with a 4-9 record.   Read more ...
